Returns

Thank you for shopping with us. In the unfortunate event you need to return a product please ensure the following.

• Returns must be brand new, factory sealed in original packaging and unused.
• There are no returns on any Special Order Items or Air Cylinders which have been stamped.
• Returns must be received within 30 days of placing your order.
• Returns must include original order ID

If your item is eligible for return, please contact us at online@hotshotsdirect.au immediately.

If you have received an incorrect or faulty item with your order, please notify us immediately so we can get your item corrected

Note: Returns take between 3-5 business days for completion.
